This is a target niche to cross-sell Inland Marine coverages to the small to medium sized contracting segment. The program features the comprehensive AAIS coverage forms. A Rated Carrier, Non-Admitted Paper. Coverage Territory is the Continental United States.

Program Highlights

  • Minimum Premium: $500
  • Commission 17.5%
  • In business for at least three years
  • New ventures-management experience in similar trade for at least three years
  • Artisan Contractors with maximum gross receipts of $2.5 million
  • Total per Occurrence limit for all coverages is $5 million or less

Builders Risk: Single Shot

  • New Construction Residential & Commercial Projects
  •    o Architects/engineers cannot be added as Additional Insured
  • Rehab/Renovation Projects - Coverage for existing building available
  •    o No Structural Changes to Buildings on Rehab/Renovation Projects
  • Values up to $2.5 million
  • Protection Class 8, 9 & 10 are eligible
  • Income Coverage Options Available

Contractors Equipment

  • Scheduled Equipment - (Limits up to $5,000,000, $500,000 max any one piece of equipment)
  • Equipment Leased or Rented from Others – Up to $500,000 limit available
  • Equipment Borrowed from Others – Up to $50,000 limit available
  • Owned Small Tools - Maximum $1,000 per item
  • Employee Tools - Maximum $1,000 per item
  • Income Coverage Options Available

Installation Floater

  • Limits up to $250,000 per occurrence
  • Income Coverage Options Available

Property

  • Real and Personal Property with maximum of $5,000,000 limit
  • For the purposes of this program all buildings within 100 feet of each other should be considered a single location or building
  • Protection Class 8, 9 & 10 are eligible
